In her life B.C. (Before Children), Robyn wrote hundreds of feature stories for local publications, primarily on the arts, education, and animals.

She continues to write and draw with magazines in mind. Her poetry has been accepted for future publication in Hopscotch and Spider, and her fiction has been purchased by Highlights.
